1. Scope of Services

Yogabhyasi provides yoga instruction, wellness therapy, pranayama classes, retreats, and sound healing meditation sessions at our physically located studio in Rishikesh, India. The content and scheduling displayed on this website are for informational, reservation, and administrative purposes. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any programs, timings, or teacher allocations without prior notice.

2. Medical Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk

Yoga and vibrational sound therapy involve physical movement, breathing controls, and meditation. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that these activities carry inherent physical risks. You are solely responsible for ensuring you are physically and mentally fit to practice.

If you suffer from pre-existing injuries, cardiorespiratory conditions, spinal issues, pregnancy, or psychological ailments, you must consult a licensed medical practitioner before joining. By participating, you waive any claim against Yogabhyasi, its founders, and certified teachers for personal injury, health degradation, or medical emergencies.

3. Reservation, Booking, and Cancellation Policies

To maintain class quality, booking space is limited to 15 practitioners per session.

• Booking Confirmation: Submission of our contact form is an inquiry. Booking slots are only confirmed after we reach out to you via Email/WhatsApp and finalize your reservation.
• Cancellation: If you are unable to attend a booked slot, you must notify us at least 2 hours in advance so that your reservation can be allocated to other practitioners on the waitlist.
• Attendance: Practitioners are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled session. Late entries may not be allowed to avoid disturbing the session.

4. Permitted Use of Website Content

Unless explicitly stated, all materials on yogabhyasi.in, including logos, photographs, illustrations, session guides, text descriptions, and site layouts, are the intellectual property of Yogabhyasi and are protected by the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view website materials for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, frame, scrape, or copy website contents for commercial distribution without our express written consent.

5. User Conduct and Form Submissions

When submitting inquiries through our contact forms, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete details. You represent that you will not submit dummy, fraudulent, or inaccurate contact coordinates, nor transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, or malicious payloads.

We reserve the absolute right to restrict, block, or delete any inquiries and report IP coordinates to law enforcement under Section 66D of the IT Act, 2000, if cyber abuse is detected.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Yogabhyasi, its founders, directors, employees, or certified instructors be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from errors or inaccuracies in website content, server interruptions or data breaches, or physical injuries or health conditions arising from class participation.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yogabhyasi, its founders, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms of Service or your participation in our wellness programs.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of this agreement, your website usage, or program participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

Yogabhyasi reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date. Your continued use of our website or services following any updates signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
